Charges for Christian Science Treatment

This Christian Science practice is my sole profession, and the means by which I earn a living, for this reason I have to make a modest charge for my services. This page explains my charges.

For billing convenience and charge transparency, I charge on a per day basis. My standard rate for UK residents is currently £8 for each day on my books. (For internationals the standards charge is £10 about 20 USD, visit www.xe.com for currency conversion). However, should complete healing not be witnessed within 3-5 days I reduce my charges by around 25% (in line with Art. 8 Sect. 23 of the Manual of the Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy). To avoid misunderstandings, please be clear when you wish to go on (or come off) my books.

Reductions

From time to time I reduce my charges for the benefit of students, the unemployed and the unwaged. Should you feel you deserve or need a reduction, please agree a reduce rate with me as soon as possible (don't wait for a bill). Should I take your case, you will receive the same service irrespective or your ability or inability to pay. Since gratitude is an important part of healing, everyone is required to make at least a token payment.

Billing cycle

Presently I send bills out at beginning of each calendar month for work done in the preceding calendar month. Payment must be made in UK currency, and can be made by cheques drawn on a UK bank, international money orders, or now online by credit or debit card.
